Includes day before set up (to be discussed with the Facilities Coordinator), 8 hour rental (between 9:00am-9:00pm), use of main & lower level rooms, audio & video tech, facilities coordinator, pastor honorarium, set up/take down, and cleaning.

- All funeral rentals require full payment 2 weeks following the event date. An invoice will be made up upon submission of this rental application.
- No smoking, vaping, illegal drug use or alcoholic beverages are allowed on church grounds.
- In-house equipment is available for use with the facility rental. Availability is subject to PAAC program usage.
- Setup and take down are considered (as much as possible) to be the responsibility of the PAAC custodian.
- Equipment within PAAC is not permitted to be used off church property.
- Set up and removal of decorations will be done by the renter.
- Birdseed, confetti, glitter and rice may not be used on church grounds.
- If additional janitorial services are required an extra charge will be applied to rental rates. The rates will depend on scope of requirements.
- PAAC does not have a caterer. If food is being prepared on site there must be someone present with a Food Safe Certificate. Training is required before the use of any kitchen equipment is permitted.
- Training is required before the use of projectors or mic and speaker system is permitted. An authorized tech may be required when a slideshow or open mic is requested during the luncheon.
